Artist Spotlight: Tyler Miller
Raised in the small town of Westchester, NY, Tyler Miller always knew he was chasing something different. Growing up where few people pursued creative dreams gave him a “big fish in a small pond” perspective, one that shifted dramatically when he moved to Miami for school. Surrounded by other ambitious, wildly talented musicians, Tyler found humility, collaboration, and a deeper sense of artistic purpose.
Music has been part of his identity for as long as he can remember. Singing since he could talk and writing songs by eight, Tyler has been building toward this moment his whole life. His sound was first shaped by pop radio and later transformed after discovering Frank Ocean’s Blonde, a project that opened the door to new influences like Daniel Caesar, Brent Faiyaz, Kanye West, and beyond.
Now, Tyler’s music lives at the intersection of pop, R&B, rock, and rap — an intentionally fluid space he calls the “Tyler Miller sound.” It’s equal parts The Weeknd, Justin Timberlake, and The Neptunes, wrapped in his own distinct flair. Inspired by creative powerhouses like Tyler, The Creator and Pharrell, Tyler strives to build an entire world around his art cinematic, conceptual, and timeless.
His latest project, Letters Continue Electronically, marks a defining chapter. The EP arrives alongside fifteen mini music videos and a physical CD release complete with a bonus track and portable CD burner, a thoughtful nod to both nostalgia and innovation. For Tyler, it’s more than just a release; it’s the culmination of years of growth and self-discovery.
Authentic and driven, Tyler Miller is crafting a world of his own one song, one story, and one listener at a time.
